Newly elected officers of the Bloomington Faculty Council for the 1999 2000 academic year have been announced. They are: Jim Sherman, psychology, president; Julieann Nilson, libraries, secretary; Carolyn Calloway-Thomas, communication and culture, parliamentarian.
The agenda committee is comprised of Sherman, Nilson, Calloway-Thomas, Thomas Gieryn, sociology; Richard Heinz, physics; and David Zaret, sociology.
