Based on previous underwater science research in the Dominican Republic, Indiana University has been invited to participate in a TV documentary production for Discovery Channel's Animal Planet. 
IU's Charles Beeker was on location in the Dominican Republic April 15-20. Filming included Taino sites under investigation by IU, in collaboration with IUB's School of Health, Physical Education and Recreation, the College of Arts and Sciences, and the School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
