![]() Korea's Sung Shin Educational Foundation has established a $100,000 fund for IU Kokomo educational exchange programs. Korean businessman and philanthropist Se Ung Lee (left), chairman of the Korean foundation, signed an agreement with IUK Chancellor Emita Hill (right) March 4. The fund will enable IUK to facilitate exchanges of students and faculty with colleges in the Pacific Rim. At the IU Northwest campus earlier this spring, the Northern Indiana Public Service Company presented a check for $100,000 to IUN, 60 percent of which will go to scholarships while 40 percent will fund child care on campus. |
