CASE Circle of Excellence Awards go to three IU projects

Three prestigious Circle of Excellence Awards in Alumni Relations and Communications were presented to IU projects during the July convention of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).

In the category of Publications Program Improvement, IUPUI took a silver medal. Submitted for the award was the campus recruitment viewbook and promotional material developed for the School of Liberal Arts by the IUPUI Office of Communications and Public Relations, directed by Marshall Collins. Of the viewbook, judges noted the use of contemporary and bold type, originality of theme and use of color. Other observations were on IUPUI's move to develop friendlier appearing recruitment materials with greater use of landscape photography and closer images of a diverse mix of the student population. The work involved editorial, photographic and design direction.
