Tempel named to 'Power 50'

Eugene Tempel, executive director of the Center on Philanthropy at IUPUI, has been named one of the "Power and Influence Top 50" in the non-profit sector by The NonProfit Times, a leading national trade publication.

The center itself is profiled in the August issue of the Times. In a cover story, the IU center was chosen as one of seven "pillars" of the non-profit field the publication is featuring in an "Outlook 2000" series examining the sector and its preparations for the next century.
