Kendall Harnett (behind camera, photo at right), an IU alumnus, Little 500 winner and videographer, was on the IU Bloomington campus last week filming scenes for his documentary, Free Wheels: The Tradition of the Little 500, which will focus on 50 years of Little 500 bike race traditions when it is released. Harnett is using "extras" from the ranks of IU students and Bloomington residents. Harnett also will follow both the men's and women's bike teams as they train for the 50th year of racing in the spring of 2000.
