It's time for the 1998 College Talent Recruitment Day. The Feb. 13 event, scheduled from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the 500 Ballroom of the Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome, Indianapolis, is sponsored by IUPUI and ten other state colleges and universities.
