1. I have a vast amount of autonomy and a workload that's varied and diverse. I interact with many interesting personalities on a daily basis, in a department that's receptive to personal and professional needs and accepts me as an individual and as a professional.

2. There are times when I'm so busy that expectations are unrealistic and I feel taken advantage of. I would like faculty to realize there are only so many jobs I can accomplish in a day. More planning and talking with me in advance about what they want would make our days smoother and more efficient.

1. What do I like best? Working with the public, meeting new people -- new students and those coming here for conferences.

2. It would help us if the patrons would read the menu board first before going all the way through the line. Then they wouldn't have to stand there and ask us what's on the menu.

1. Everything. The work is interesting, I'm always learning and improving myself, the hours are great and I'm treated with respect.

2. Nothing. The people I work with are great. I can't think of anything that would improve my work environment. It's super.

1. The best thing about my job is the people I work with, beginning with Dean Barnes. I started my job here last April and the positive reinforcement from him has been the best teacher. I also want to sing the praises of all the individuals I work with in close proximity, plus all those in the SPEA building. Everyone has been wonderful.

2. Continued strong communication would make my work more efficient. I have to ask many questions every day so I don't create havoc for the dean and other individuals. Sharing with me even the smallest of details is vital to my continued learning and growth in the job.
