Need a Halloween jump start on the strange and unusual? Then check out the Web. Where else could you tap into this many theories on the validity of a "filmed autopsy of an extraterrestial?"
Zero in on http://www.yahoo.com/ then click on "Entertainment" and scroll down to "Paranormal Phenomena." Photos of the alien autopsy? Choose "Extraterrestials" and take your pick. A ghost sighting to report (for research purposes, of course)? Want to see a picture of the "Ghost Dog of Hong Kong?" or"The Gates of Hell?" Choose "Ghosts" and peruse the options. "Cryptozoology," the scientific study of hidden animals, may seem a new term, though its subtopics are familiar -- Big Foot, the Loch Ness Monster, Mermaids (and their lovers).
You can find everything you ever wanted to know about the Bermuda Triangle, research testimony on near- death experiences, or ponder the end of the millenium. Go for "Land of Enchantment" under the "Parapsychology" selection and get your fill of ancient civilizations ("...on and off the planet..."), out-of-body experiences and proof that angels exist.
What's your sign? Click on "Astrology" and find your daily horoscope or a recipe from "The Astrologers Cookbook." That ought to just about do it.
Happy "Howloween."
