• IU's Business Outlook and Public Policy Forum will tour the state, beginning with a 7:30 a.m. presentation on Nov. 6 at the Columbia Club in Indianapolis. Ten cities are on the schedule for the panel, which forecasts economic conditions for the state and nation in the coming year.
