  • Since 1905, Indiana University has awarded 552 honorary degrees.

  • Between 40 and 60 million pieces of E-mail flow in and out of IU every month.

  • The IU library system, with 57 libraries located across the state, is one of the most extensive in the country. The system holdings include more than seven million bound volumes and more than 17 million other materials.
