As of Feb. 1, Jerry Tardy is president and chief executive officer, and John Hobson is senior vice president and chief operating officer. Other senior staff are Peter Yoder, vice president and chief financial officer; Judy Schroeder, vice president and chief communications officer; Stefan Davis, vice president for IUPUI alumni affairs; and John Laskowski, vice president of marketing and membership.

Karl Zacker has been named special assistant to the IUAA president.

The IUAA board of managers approved the structure at a Jan. 26 meeting at IU Southeast in New Albany. Richard Searles, chairman of the IUAA board of managers, is first vice president and senior financial consultant for Merrill Lynch, Indianapolis.
