Ernest Davidson, Distinguished Professor of chemistry at IU Bloomington, has received the prestigious American Chemistry Society (ACS) Award in Theoretical Chemistry, sponsored by IBM Corporation. The award was presented March 28 in San Francisco at the 219th ACS national meeting.
Davidson was also the recipient last semester of an honorary doctorate of philosophy degree from Uppsala (Sweden) University.
